Graduation Policies and Procedures < Aurora University
Official transcripts must be received by Aurora University on or before the last day of the term in which a student plans to graduate. Failure to receive these transcripts by that date will mean that the student’s graduation status will be deferred to the next term, even though the student may have already participated in the ceremony.

Ceremony Guide for Graduates - Aurora University
Check-in will begin in Thornton Gymnasium one hour prior to the ceremony start time. Plan accordingly to allow time to go through security screening. All graduation candidates must arrive to campus already dressed in their regalia; a cap and gown are required to participate in the ceremony. Graduation candidates must be seated under the tent 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
